Angelini
The new look for Angelini is the next generation of
the restaurant. The original design has been inverted; the main entrance
is now on the lower level, making it more accessible for casual
visitors. There they can discover the lifestyle lounge with two distinct
bars serves a more casual energy menu, plus the addition of the al
fresco terrace overlooking the poolside. The main dinning area now with
an enlarged open kitchen is on the level above. Access is either via the
connecting staircase or through the bar if coming from the lobby.
The newly arrived Chef Paolo Vitaletti has created
his menu that is essentially Italian enhanced by Mediterranean food
elements, responding to the current trend for lighter healthier dishes,
using the freshest quality ingredients available. Coming from Rome he
sits on the north/south Italian culinary divide, favouring neither
rather a menu that reflects the whole country. Front of house to
orchestrate service delivery is Restaurant Manager, Mirko Cattini who
has a wealth of beverage experience to advise on the appropriate wine
pairing having listened to the guest’s taste preference.
