Benihana

Benihana is not only an experience in Japanese cuisine but rather a theater of cooking where a person enjoys swift and skilled techniques of Japanese cooking just inches away from their dining chair.

The food is prepared teppan-yaki style, which is a type of broiling in open air over a steel flat grill. The flames and knives are mesmerizing and this hibachi style cooking is a real hit among varying group sizes. Customers watch multiple dishes prepared at the same time in an impressive table cooking show.

Start the evening with their infamous selections of sake-tini. We then savored in traditional rolls of ‘spicy tuna roll’ and ‘E.T. roll’ with a hot miso soup. Chef Kwanchai put on a show while cutting, dicing and cooking specialties of ‘Benihana Marina’, ‘rock lobster’, ‘foie gras’, ‘pork tenderloin’ and ‘garlic rice’. Keep room for the dessert, as the ‘ice-cream tempura on green tea sauce’ is a delight in itself.

If you are looking for an exquisite show and great fun by individual chefs then Benihana will prove to be memorable.
