Coyote Bar & Grill

Coyote Bar & Grill comprises a stylish margarita bar which boasts the largest collection of Tequila in Thailand, serving over 75 Margaritas.

Coyote’s interior gives a vibrant feel, making it ideal for gatherings. Walls are washed in sandy yellow to give the impression of being a desert plus the large oval shaped copper bar is the focal point.

With a wide selection of Margaritas on offer, start off with any of your personal favorite. My dining companions had the ‘strawberry margarita’ whilst I enjoyed the ‘passion fruit margarita’. We commenced our meal with ‘Ensalada de Tortilla’, a grilled snapper salad served in a crispy tortilla shell. We followed through with ‘La Plata Entrada’, an appetizer platter of chips, chicken wings, mushroom quesadillas and mixed skewers; ‘Coyote Nachos’, a hearty plate of tortilla chips topped with delightful assortments as well as ‘Salmon Fillet Fajitas’.
