Keyaki
Keyaki, located on the 22nd floor of the Pan
Pacific Hotel Bangkok has a Japanese style interior with wood paneling.
As you are seated by the glass window, the north facing view over the
city is spectacular.
The restaurant has four specialty kitchens
providing sushi, robatayaki, teppanyaki, and Kaiseki cuisine. You could
also choose to dine in their exclusive private dining rooms for a
special night out.
We started with ‘Shio Iri Ginnan’, grilled gingko
nuts before savoring in a deluxe platter of ‘sashimi’ selection that was
so fresh it melted in the mouth. We then took pleasure in ‘eel grilled
with soy sauce’; ‘grilled beef with miso sauce’, tender and had a
balanced taste combination; ‘chicken with rock salt & pepper’ along with
some items prepared teppan-yaki style.
The service is attentive with waitresses dressed in
traditional kimonos providing graceful and efficient service. We
finished our meal with ‘sweet red bean paste and green tea ice-cream on
tropical fruit with jelly cubes’.
Keyaki
offers diners an authentic Japanese dining experience.
