Marriott Café
There are several highlights on the Marriott Café
buffet with a selection of cheese from France, Alaskan crab, Japanese
corner of sushi and sashimi prepared by the chef from Tsu, specialty of
a 120 day Australian grain fed beef, Mediterranean corner, roasts,
famous Caesar salad station, a live cooking station offering seared foie
gras served with fruit sauce, pasta and a dessert station.
The Marriott are particular about serving food; the
preparation of food is done in small quantities that are replenished
frequently along with hot food being cooked a la carte style. The
central island where the seafood corner resides with Alaskan crab,
oysters, prawns and mussels is particularly attractive due to its
freshness.
After taking pleasure in all the various delicacies
on offer, if you are able to have more then savor in sweet temptations
of chocolate items, pastry delights, Swiss chocolate fountain, a
selection of fruits and a variety of Thai desserts.
Taking a gathering of friends or family for
breakfast, lunch or dinner at the Marriott Café is ideal.
