Located on the 3rd floor of Millennium Hilton, this is Bangkok’s only steak house with a river view. On arrival either drinks in the elegantly casual lounge or Martinis individually shaken simultaneously tableside, theatre and professionalism combined. Generously sized place settings with simple stylishly logoed cutlery and the tables cleverly lit from overhead. The highly professionally trained service team confidently explained every item. The menu clearly defines the colour and degree of cooking of each of five levels of grilling involves ranging from rare to well.

To start Steak Tartar prepared tableside, before serving a taste was offered to see if any final adjustments were needed to the flavour – it was excellent. The signature Caesar salad was also prepared tableside with great care. The steaks are either USDA or Australian and our server clearly defined the difference between them and they were served with three sauces and mustards. The sweet potato with black truffle was the star side order. A well-rounded dining experience were the quality of the service and the food are equal – a cut above the rest.
