Start the night with their selections of cocktail,
I enjoyed the Lychee Martini which was refreshing and sweet. We savored
in a tasty dish of ‘marinated tuna tartar with avocado, tomato, sour
cream and salmon roe’ plus a ‘lobster spring roll’. The ‘rack of lamb’
as a main course was perfectly cooked, very tender and juicy. Moreover,
a big feast arrived with a perfect dessert of ‘baked cheesecake served
with carrot sherbet and orange passion fruit sauce’.
